Current Project HighlightAutonomous Bougainville GovernmentThe Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG), through its commercial entity BOU & KO LTD, has officially appointed PFX Consulting Inc. as the fundraising and project advisory firm for 14 national development projects outlined in MOA No. BKM0512A(A-1). BOU & KO LTD, a public entity established by the ABG via the Bougainville Public Investment Corporation Ltd, aims to develop these projects and attract investments in Bougainville, Papua New Guinea. Under this agreement, all investors and companies must sign contracts with BOU & KO LTD to gain recognition from the ABG and the Land Owners Association. We serve as a bridge between financial institutions and Bou & Ko Ltd., conducting due diligence and structuring related to capital-raising efforts. In addition, PFX Consulting acts as the lead consulting and audit firm for Bougainville’s core reconstruction project—the mining development initiative. We oversee and manage all consulting contracts with third parties, including accounting firms, law firms, and advisory firms.
